Key Responsibilities:
- Support students in the classroom, providing tailored assistance to enhance learning outcomes
- Deliver targeted interventions and small group work to help students achieve their full potential
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective learning strategies
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to support academic and personal development
- Assist with administrative tasks and classroom organization as required
- Participate in staff training and development opportunities
- Contribute to the school’s commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Experience working with students in a classroom or educational setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safeguarding and student welfare
- Flexibility and adaptability to support diverse student needs
Preferred
- Experience in teaching or learning support roles
- Knowledge of educational frameworks such as the International Baccalaureate (IB)
- Experience with curriculum development or delivery
- Familiarity with student assessment and progress tracking tools
- Previous involvement in extracurricular activities or pastoral care
