Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students in the classroom, providing tailored assistance to enhance learning outcomes
  • Deliver targeted interventions and small group work to help students achieve their full potential
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective learning strategies
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to support academic and personal development
  • Assist with administrative tasks and classroom organization as required
  • Participate in staff training and development opportunities
  • Contribute to the school’s commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Experience working with students in a classroom or educational setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to safeguarding and student welfare
  • Flexibility and adaptability to support diverse student needs

Preferred

  • Experience in teaching or learning support roles
  • Knowledge of educational frameworks such as the International Baccalaureate (IB)
  • Experience with curriculum development or delivery
  • Familiarity with student assessment and progress tracking tools
  • Previous involvement in extracurricular activities or pastoral care
