Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teaching and learning by providing individual and group assistance to pupils.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

  • Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and behavior.
  • Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience of working with children in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
  • Commitment to supporting pupil learning and development.

Preferred

  • Experience in a school environment with a leadership or character development focus.
  • Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Knowledge of inclusive education practices and strategies.
  • Experience in delivering or supporting leadership programmes for pupils.
