Key Responsibilities:
- Support teaching and learning by providing individual and group assistance to pupils.
- Assist in creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

- Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent qualification.
- Experience of working with children in a school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
- Commitment to supporting pupil learning and development.
Preferred
- Experience in a school environment with a leadership or character development focus.
- Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of inclusive education practices and strategies.
- Experience in delivering or supporting leadership programmes for pupils.
