Key Responsibilities:

• Support teaching staff in delivering engaging and effective lessons
• Assist with classroom management and pupil behavior
• Provide one-to-one or small group support to students as needed
• Help prepare and organize learning resources and materials
• Monitor and record pupil progress and development
• Communicate regularly with teachers and parents to support student learning
• Contribute to the school’s improvement and development initiatives
• Encourage and motivate pupils to achieve their best

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Level 2 qualification in education or relevant experience
• Experience working with children in a school setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to working as part of a team
• Understanding of school improvement and pupil development

Preferred

• Experience in primary education
• Knowledge of inclusive teaching practices
• Experience with child safeguarding and welfare
• Familiarity with the National Curriculum
