Key Responsibilities:

• Advise students and parents on post-secondary educational pathways and university applications.
• Provide individualized support to students in developing their academic and career plans.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure alignment with student goals and academic progress.
• Organize and deliver workshops and events related to college admissions and career planning.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student applications and progress.
• Support students in identifying and applying to suitable universities and programs.
• Stay current with university admissions trends, requirements, and best practices.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages student success and well-being.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a university guidance or counseling role.
• Strong understanding of the college application process and international admissions requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to student well-being and academic success.

Preferred

• Master’s degree in education or counseling.
• Experience working in an international school or with diverse student populations.
• Familiarity with the IB Diploma Programme and other international curricula.
• Experience with university application software and tools.
• Fluency in multiple languages.
