Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the Principal in driving academic excellence and school improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to raise student achievement and teacher performance.
• Oversee the Teaching and Learning programme, ensuring alignment with the school’s vision and values.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous professional development.
• Build strong partnerships with parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure the school remains outward-looking and engaged in collaborative networks.
• Manage and support the development of leadership and management practices across the school.
• Promote and maintain the school’s high standards in character development and pastoral care.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven leadership experience in a senior educational role.
• Demonstrated success in raising academic standards and leading school improvement.
• In-depth knowledge of British curriculum and international education practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
• Commitment to safeguarding, wellbeing, and inclusive education.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team of educators and support staff.

Preferred

• Experience with international qualifications such as IB, A Levels, and BTEC.
• Familiarity with the DBS Leadership Framework.
• Experience in curriculum development and innovation.
• Strong background in professional learning and development.
