Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized learning plans tailored to each student’s needs.
- Deliver one-on-one sessions that promote academic growth and confidence.

- Monitor and report on student progress regularly.
- Create a positive and encouraging environment that fosters student engagement.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Stay updated on educational best practices and incorporate them into your work.
- Support students in developing key skills such as resilience, creativity, and leadership.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in providing 1:1 educational support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a school or educational setting.
Preferred
- Experience with curriculum development and individualized learning.
- Familiarity with technology in education, including Apple Distinguished School initiatives.
- Background in supporting students with diverse learning needs.
- Experience in co-curricular activities or pastoral care.
