Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement personalized learning plans tailored to each student’s needs.
Deliver one-on-one sessions that promote academic growth and confidence.
Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure consistent support and progress.
Monitor and report on student progress regularly.
Create a positive and encouraging environment that fosters student engagement.
Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and abilities.
Stay updated on educational best practices and incorporate them into your work.
Support students in developing key skills such as resilience, creativity, and leadership.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

Proven experience in providing 1:1 educational support.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
Flexibility and adaptability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in a school or educational setting.

Preferred

Experience with curriculum development and individualized learning.
Familiarity with technology in education, including Apple Distinguished School initiatives.
Background in supporting students with diverse learning needs.
Experience in co-curricular activities or pastoral care.
