Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding administrative support to the school's staff and students.
  • Manage and coordinate school operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Support the delivery of the school’s leadership programme and academic curriculum.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using IT systems and databases.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service to all stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Assist with the organisation of events, meetings, and other school activities.
  • Collaborate with other members of the business support team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A NVQ Level 1/Level 2 or equivalent qualification, or relevant experience.
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills to GCSE standard.
  • Experience in an administrative or reception role.
  • Experience working within an educational environment.
  • Knowledge of IT software, including MS Office and school management systems.

Preferred

  • Experience with school-specific processes and systems.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
