As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to pupils, teachers, and stakeholders, helping to create a dynamic and effective learning environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding administrative support to the school's staff and students.
- Manage and coordinate school operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Support the delivery of the school’s leadership programme and academic curriculum.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using IT systems and databases.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service to all stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Assist with the organisation of events, meetings, and other school activities.
- Collaborate with other members of the business support team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A NVQ Level 1/Level 2 or equivalent qualification, or relevant experience.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills to GCSE standard.
- Experience in an administrative or reception role.
- Experience working within an educational environment.
- Knowledge of IT software, including MS Office and school management systems.
Preferred
- Experience with school-specific processes and systems.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
