Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the school’s pastoral, inclusion, and personal development strategies.
- Support the Principal in delivering high standards of education and leadership across the school.
- Foster a positive and inclusive school environment that promotes student well-being and personal growth.
- Work closely with staff to ensure consistent and effective pastoral care for all students.
- Implement and monitor policies that support inclusion, diversity, and student development.
- Collaborate with external partners to enhance opportunities for students and staff.
- Ensure that all initiatives align with the school’s mission and values.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to teachers and support staff in pastoral and personal development areas.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status.
- Proven experience in senior leadership and management within a school setting.
- Demonstrated success in delivering outstanding attainment and achievement.
- Strong commitment to the school's values and mission.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred
- Experience in pastoral care and student well-being.
- Background in inclusion and diversity initiatives.
- Leadership experience in a faith-based or multi-faith environment.
- Experience with leadership development programmes.
