Administrative Officer needed at a school in Crewe. Support marketing and school liaison operations.

The Opportunity:

As an Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the Marketing and School Liaison team. Your work will ensure smooth operations, excellent service to learners and staff, and the promotion of the school’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to learners and staff, ensuring all print and administrative requests are handled efficiently.
  • Offer reprographics and administrative support within the Admissions and Reception department.
  • Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young persons in line with institutional policies.
  • Assist in the management of digital and administrative systems to support marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and support.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to administrative tasks.
  • Support the delivery of events and initiatives that enhance the school’s engagement with learners and the community.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures related to safeguarding and equality.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • GCSE Grade C (4/5) or above in English and Maths (or equivalent).
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

  • NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service.
  • Level 2 qualification in IT (e.g. ECDL or equivalent).
  • Experience in an educational or administrative role.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and software used in education settings.
