The Opportunity:
As a Campus Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and welcoming campus environment, promoting strong behaviour, and building relationships with residents and stakeholders. This is a hands-on role that requires leadership, communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold and promote positive behaviour across the campus.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents and visitors.
- Engage with residents and local stakeholders to foster strong, positive relationships.
- Monitor and maintain campus facilities to the highest standards.
- Support the implementation of college policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and supportive campus culture.
- Address any incidents or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion across all aspects of campus life.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- GCSE Grade C (4/5) in Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Valid full UK Driving Licence.
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
- Understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.
- Enhanced DBS check.
Preferred
- Experience in a similar role within education or student services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with managing teams or leading projects.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of £47,804 – £52,228 per annum.
