The Opportunity:

As a Campus Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and welcoming campus environment, promoting strong behaviour, and building relationships with residents and stakeholders. This is a hands-on role that requires leadership, communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold and promote positive behaviour across the campus.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents and visitors.
  • Engage with residents and local stakeholders to foster strong, positive relationships.
  • Monitor and maintain campus facilities to the highest standards.
  • Support the implementation of college policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and supportive campus culture.
  • Address any incidents or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion across all aspects of campus life.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  • GCSE Grade C (4/5) in Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • Valid full UK Driving Licence.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development.
  • Understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Enhanced DBS check.

Preferred

  • Experience in a similar role within education or student services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with managing teams or leading projects.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of £47,804 – £52,228 per annum.
