The Opportunity:

As an MIS and Funding Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the school's data management and funding processes. This position is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a passion for ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing and maintaining accurate learner data and records.
  • Setting up and maintaining college programmes on the Management Information System.
  • Monitoring the delivery hours of each programme against planned delivery hours.
  • Preparing data and reports for funding and statistical returns to external bodies.
  • Ensuring compliance with data and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support programme delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records across the school.
  • Supporting the management team with data-driven insights and analysis.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • GCSE Grade C (4/5) or above in English and Maths (or equivalent).
  • Demonstrable experience of developing positive working relationships across an organisation.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred

  • Experience in an MIS team or similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with data management systems and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation & Benefits:
