Summary:

Apprenticeship Assessment Coordinator needed to support End-Point Assessments across apprenticeship programmes.

The Opportunity:

As an Apprenticeship Assessment Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of End-Point Assessments across all apprenticeship programmes. This is a vital position that supports learners in achieving their qualifications and progressing in their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the full End-Point Assessment journey, including planning, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Ensure compliance with assessment standards and regulations.
  • Liaise with assessors, learners, and programme managers to support successful outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the assessment process.
  • Support learners with guidance and resources to prepare for assessments.
  • Monitor and report on assessment progress and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless assessment experience.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of assessment strategies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • GCSE Grade C (4/5) in Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • Understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace and learning environment.
  • Enhanced DBS check.

Preferred

  • Experience in education or training, particularly in apprenticeship delivery.
  • Knowledge of assessment processes and quality assurance.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience with learner support and guidance.
