Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the admissions process from initial enquiry through to offer and acceptance
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective families
  • Act as a welcoming and professional first point of contact
  • Contribute to the school’s marketing and communications activities
  • Help promote the school and its events through digital and print channels
  • Maintain digital content in a clear, engaging, and consistent manner
  • Present the school in a way that reflects its values and mission
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Experience in an administrative or customer-facing role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Preferred

  • Experience in a school or educational setting
  • Knowledge of marketing and digital communications
  • Familiarity with content management systems
  • Experience with event planning and promotion
