The Opportunity:
As a Marketing Communications Officer, you will play a key role in shaping and maintaining the school’s brand identity across both the senior and preparatory sections. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies that align with the school’s brand and values.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Officer and other teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Manage content creation and distribution for internal and external audiences.
- Support admissions efforts by producing engaging marketing materials and communications.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
- Ensure all communications adhere to the school’s standards and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with strategic goals.
- Participate in events and outreach activities to enhance the school’s visibility and reputation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in marketing or communications, preferably within an educational setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages.
- Experience with content management systems and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of brand management and the importance of consistent messaging.
Preferred
- Experience in a school or college environment, particularly with girls’ education.
- Familiarity with the UK education sector and admissions processes.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
- Experience with social media management and content creation.
