The Opportunity:

As a Marketing Communications Officer, you will play a key role in shaping and maintaining the school’s brand identity across both the senior and preparatory sections. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies that align with the school’s brand and values.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Officer and other teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Manage content creation and distribution for internal and external audiences.
  • Support admissions efforts by producing engaging marketing materials and communications.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
  • Ensure all communications adhere to the school’s standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with strategic goals.
  • Participate in events and outreach activities to enhance the school’s visibility and reputation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in marketing or communications, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages.
  • Experience with content management systems and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of brand management and the importance of consistent messaging.

Preferred

  • Experience in a school or college environment, particularly with girls’ education.
  • Familiarity with the UK education sector and admissions processes.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience with social media management and content creation.
