The Opportunity:

As an Admissions Manager, you will lead the full admissions process, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for families. You will play a key role in community engagement and contribute to the school’s strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full admissions journey, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and professional process.
  • Deliver tours, open days, and taster sessions that reflect the ethos and strengths of the school.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage digital admissions platforms and CRM systems.
  • Monitor, track, and report on admissions data and conversion rates.
  • Build positive relationships with feeder nurseries, local schools, and community partners.
  • Support families through onboarding and transition processes by building strong links with senior school admissions teams.
  • Work closely with leadership to implement the school’s community engagement strategy.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Experience in admissions, customer-facing roles, or community engagement.
  • Confident managing busy, time-sensitive processes.
  • Competent using CRM systems and digital tools.

Preferred

  • Experience with iSAMS or similar digital platforms.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Experience in education or school admissions.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary between £36,000 and £38,000.
