The Opportunity:
As an Admissions Manager, you will lead the full admissions process, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for families. You will play a key role in community engagement and contribute to the school’s strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full admissions journey, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and professional process.
- Deliver tours, open days, and taster sessions that reflect the ethos and strengths of the school.
- Maintain accurate records and manage digital admissions platforms and CRM systems.
- Monitor, track, and report on admissions data and conversion rates.
- Build positive relationships with feeder nurseries, local schools, and community partners.
- Support families through onboarding and transition processes by building strong links with senior school admissions teams.
- Work closely with leadership to implement the school’s community engagement strategy.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Experience in admissions, customer-facing roles, or community engagement.
- Confident managing busy, time-sensitive processes.
- Competent using CRM systems and digital tools.
Preferred
- Experience with iSAMS or similar digital platforms.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Experience in education or school admissions.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary between £36,000 and £38,000.
- 25 days of annual leave plus public holidays.
