The Opportunity:

As a Fees Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial operations of four schools within a large educational trust run smoothly. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial success of a thriving educational network while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the fee billing process for four schools within the trust.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all financial transactions related to student fees.
  • Collaborate with school administrators and finance teams to resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  • Support the development of efficient financial systems and processes.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and students regarding billing and payment procedures.
  • Work closely with the wider finance team to ensure alignment with overall financial goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in financial management, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Experience working within a multi-school trust or educational group.
  • Familiarity with school fee structures and payment processes.
  • Proficiency in financial software and accounting systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
