The Opportunity:

As an Admissions Marketing Assistant, you will support the Admissions Office in delivering a warm, professional, and efficient service to prospective families. This role plays a key part in promoting the school’s values and ensuring a smooth admissions journey for all applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage admissions administration and applicant enquiries
  • Coordinate assessment processes and admissions events
  • Support CRM communications and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Assist with the preparation of admissions materials and promotional content
  • Handle feeder school references and new joiner administration
  • Support the management of immigration documentation
  • Maintain a professional and polished appearance as a key representative of the school

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Experience with CRM systems and database management
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to customer service
  • Ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of £28,000 to £33,000 per annum
