As an Admissions Officer, you will play a key role in managing the student admissions process and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for prospective families. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and streamline the student admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.
- Provide guidance and support to prospective families throughout the enrollment journey.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all admissions-related information.
- Collaborate closely with the Admissions and Marketing team to drive enrollment success.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming experience that reflects the school’s values and standards.
- Support the strategic goals of the school through effective admissions management.
- Conduct academic assessments where required and ensure alignment with curriculum standards.
- Utilize CRM and admissions systems such as Engage, OpenApply, or HubSpot effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in school admissions.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to conduct academic assessments.
Preferred
- Experience working in a British curriculum school.
- Experience with CRM and admissions systems such as OpenApply or HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of student enrollment processes and best practices.
