Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment team in identifying and nurturing potential applicants.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with admissions policies and procedures.

  • Promote the school’s unique approach to education through marketing materials and digital platforms.
  • Ensure all admissions activities align with the school’s mission and values.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in admissions or student recruitment, preferably within the education sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with school admissions processes and policies.

Preferred

  • Experience in a co-educational or boarding school setting.
  • Knowledge of educational innovation and alternative qualifications.
  • Experience with digital marketing or social media engagement.
