Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support children during after-school hours
• Assist with homework and provide academic support
• Foster a positive, stimulating, and productive environment
• Encourage and celebrate student achievements
• Promote good behaviour and maintain high standards of conduct
• Collaborate with staff and parents to support student development
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the club
• Organize and participate in engaging activities that promote learning and fun

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A warm, patient, and creative individual with strong interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children in a supervisory or supportive role
• Commitment to promoting positive behaviour and learning
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility

Preferred

• Previous experience in an educational or childcare setting
• Knowledge of child development and learning techniques
• Experience with homework support or academic mentoring
• Flexibility to work during term time only, Monday to Friday
• Strong communication and organizational skills
