The Opportunity:

As an After School Club Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the emotional and academic needs of young pupils during the after school hours. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support pupils during after school homework sessions
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment at all times
• Maintain accurate registers, records, and administrative tasks
• Promote positive behaviour and ensure pupil wellbeing
• Communicate effectively with pupils and staff
• Support the smooth daily running of the club
• Encourage pupils’ independence and confidence
• Uphold the highest standards of care, safety, and organisation

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent
• Warm, approachable, and confident in leading groups of younger pupils
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and maintain clear communication

Preferred

• Experience in a similar role within an educational setting
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Passion for creating an engaging and supportive environment for young children
