Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Modern Foreign Languages Faculty, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.

- Support and mentor teachers within the faculty, promoting continuous professional development.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall curriculum and student experience.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support where needed.
- Represent the faculty at staff meetings, curriculum reviews, and external events.
- Ensure the effective use of resources and facilities to support teaching and learning.
- Contribute to the school’s wider vision and strategic goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in leading a faculty or department within a secondary school setting.
- Strong subject knowledge in Modern Foreign Languages.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Commitment to inclusive education and student well-being.
- Ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
Preferred
