Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver lessons that challenge pupils and ensure high levels of engagement and interest.
• Set clear targets and build on prior learning to support student progression.
• Identify and support SEN/EAL pupils with tailored strategies.
• Maintain high standards of work, homework, and classroom presentation.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to enhance learning outcomes.
• Monitor and assess student progress systematically and regularly.
• Communicate effectively with parents through reports and informal updates.
• Contribute to curriculum development and school improvement initiatives.
• Participate in staff development and extra-curricular activities as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A relevant degree and teaching qualification (e.g., BA + PGCE or BEd in primary education).
• At least two years of teaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Arabic curriculum and teaching methodologies.
• Ability to manage a classroom and maintain discipline and safety standards.

Preferred

• Experience in teaching Arabic as a second language.
• Familiarity with British national curriculum standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
