Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Art Department with the preparation, maintenance, and management of art resources and equipment.
• Assist in the planning and delivery of art-related activities and events.
• Provide technical and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the department.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and expand subject knowledge and skills.
• Maintain a safe and organized working environment for students and staff.
• Encourage and support students in the development of their artistic abilities.
• Keep accurate records and manage inventory of art supplies and materials.
• Participate in the development of new art programs and initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A broad range of practical art skills and knowledge.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in a school or educational setting, preferably in an art-related role.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Preferred

• Experience in developing and delivering art-based activities.
• Knowledge of art materials, techniques, and equipment.
