Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across the school's IT infrastructure.
• Manage and support pupil laptops from Year 3 upwards, ensuring they are used effectively for learning.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to students, staff, and parents.
• Contribute to the smooth operation of classroom technologies and IT systems.
• Support school-wide IT projects and initiatives.
• Work collaboratively within the IT department and across the school.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging IT trends and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Experience working as an IT Technician or in a first/second line support role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software commonly used in educational environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Experience in a school or educational setting is highly desirable.

Preferred

• Experience with managing IT equipment for students.
• Familiarity with classroom technologies and digital learning tools.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure and cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience with IT project management or implementation.
