Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of art and design curriculum across all key stages
• Maintain and manage art resources, equipment, and materials
• Assist in the planning and organisation of art-related events and activities
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement creative learning experiences
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and inspiring art environment for all students
• Provide technical support during art lessons and extracurricular activities
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the art department’s teaching and learning strategies
• Assist in the maintenance and improvement of art facilities and equipment

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Relevant experience in an educational or creative environment
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Ability to manage and maintain art resources and equipment
• Commitment to supporting student learning and development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of health and safety procedures in a school setting
