Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a school setting
  • Outstanding classroom practice and a track record of raising student achievement
  • Strong commitment to the school’s vision and ethos
  • Experience in both academic and pastoral leadership
  • Ability to inspire and lead a team effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

  • Experience in a similar role at a high-performing school
  • Background in leading school improvement initiatives
  • Experience with multi-cultural and inclusive education
  • Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices
  • Experience in working closely with families and the wider community
