As an Assistant HR Advisor, you will support the HR team in delivering strategic people-related projects and day-to-day activities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of HR projects and initiatives across the Foundation.
  • Assist with the resolution of people-related issues referred by senior colleagues.
  • Contribute to improving HR processes and ensuring alignment with organisational values.
  • Support data-led decision-making through accurate recording and analysis of HR data.
  • Help create a positive and inclusive work environment for all staff.
  • Collaborate with senior HR colleagues to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Provide general HR support and advice to managers and staff.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Experience in HR or people-related support roles.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to the values and ethos of the institution.

Preferred

  • Experience in education or a similar sector.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and software.
  • Experience in data analysis or reporting.
  • Understanding of employment law and best practice in HR.
