As an Assistant HR Advisor, you will support the HR team in delivering strategic people-related projects and day-to-day activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of HR projects and initiatives across the Foundation.
- Assist with the resolution of people-related issues referred by senior colleagues.
- Contribute to improving HR processes and ensuring alignment with organisational values.
- Support data-led decision-making through accurate recording and analysis of HR data.
- Help create a positive and inclusive work environment for all staff.
- Collaborate with senior HR colleagues to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Provide general HR support and advice to managers and staff.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Experience in HR or people-related support roles.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to the values and ethos of the institution.
Preferred
- Experience in education or a similar sector.
- Knowledge of HR systems and software.
- Experience in data analysis or reporting.
- Understanding of employment law and best practice in HR.
