The Opportunity:
As a People Services Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, efficient, and consistent People service across the employee lifecycle. You will drive continuous improvement in HR processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for employees and managers alike. This role is ideal for someone passionate about people services and committed to supporting a values-driven organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve People processes across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit.
- Collaborate with teams across the Foundation to gather insight, feedback, and data to enhance HR practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation that supports best practice in People services.
- Support the People Team in delivering a professional, compliant, and people-focused service.
- Ensure all HR processes are aligned with the school’s values and objectives.
- Provide guidance on employment law and HR processes to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal systems and procedures.
- Work closely with managers to ensure consistent and effective People service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Experience in HR administration and/or employee relations.
- Working knowledge of employment law and HR processes.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and best practice in HR.
Preferred
- CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification.
- Experience in a similar role within the education sector.
- Knowledge of HR software and systems.
- Experience with employee relations and conflict resolution.
