Key Responsibilities:
- Shape the strategic direction of the school in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team
- Provide visible, compassionate, and principled leadership across the institution
- Support and develop staff to enhance teaching and learning outcomes
- Lead improvement initiatives within an agreed remit, based on your expertise and passion
- Foster a culture of high expectations, integrity, and continuous improvement
- Ensure all students are known, valued, and cared for
- Collaborate with colleagues to drive the school’s mission and values forward
- Contribute to the school’s ongoing success through leadership and innovation
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience as a classroom practitioner with a strong moral purpose
- Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to influence and inspire others
- A commitment to the belief that all students can succeed
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in educational leadership and school improvement
Preferred
- Experience in a similar leadership role within a school setting
- Familiarity with collaborative working within a multi-academy trust
- Experience with safeguarding and student welfare
- A passion for professional development and leadership growth
- Experience in managing and leading improvement initiatives
