Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape the strategic direction of the school in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team
  • Provide visible, compassionate, and principled leadership across the institution
  • Support and develop staff to enhance teaching and learning outcomes
  • Lead improvement initiatives within an agreed remit, based on your expertise and passion
  • Foster a culture of high expectations, integrity, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure all students are known, valued, and cared for

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience as a classroom practitioner with a strong moral purpose
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to influence and inspire others
  • A commitment to the belief that all students can succeed
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in educational leadership and school improvement

Preferred

  • Experience in a similar leadership role within a school setting
  • Familiarity with collaborative working within a multi-academy trust
  • Experience with safeguarding and student welfare
