Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire high-performing teams across the primary phase, from EYFS to KS2.
  • Drive whole-school improvement strategies, focusing on teaching, learning, and pupil outcomes.
  • Ensure a culture of inclusion, safeguarding, and support for all students, including those with special educational needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Principal & CEO to implement the school's strategic vision.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, staff, and the wider community.
  • Oversee the management of resources, staff development, and curriculum delivery.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive school culture that reflects the school's core values.
  • Support the ongoing professional development of teaching and support staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Recent and successful senior leadership experience as a Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher within a primary school.
  • Proven track record of raising standards in teaching, learning, and pupil outcomes from EYFS to KS2.
  • Strong expertise in safeguarding, SEND, behaviour, and whole-school improvement.
  • Ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams.

Preferred

  • Experience in leading large and diverse primary communities.
  • Familiarity with all-through school structures and multi-phase leadership.
  • Experience with inclusive practice and pastoral care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
