The Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and creative BTEC Business Teacher to inspire KS3 and KS4 students with engaging lessons in enterprise, marketing, finance and teamwork. This role offers the chance to shape young minds and make learning both meaningful and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach BTEC Business (Enterprise) with clarity, energy and structure
  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that make coursework purposeful and engaging
  • Support pupils with a range of learning profiles and additional needs
  • Differentiate confidently and creatively to meet diverse student needs
  • Build positive, professional relationships with students who may find school challenging

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Experience teaching BTEC Business / Enterprise at KS3 & KS4
  • Strong understanding of BTEC assessment processes
  • Experience supporting students with additional needs
  • Ability to balance structure with flexibility
  • Strong organisational skills and reflective practice
  • A positive, resilient and professional attitude

Preferred

  • Experience teaching an additional subject such as Science, Maths, Humanities, PSHE or others
  • Familiarity with teaching students with diverse learning needs
  • A creative and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
