Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage communications and events for the Junior School and support Senior School administration.
  • Coordinate extra-curricular programmes and school-wide events.
  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to parents, visitors, and students.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with data protection and safeguarding policies.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and support the school’s operational needs.
  • Handle inquiries efficiently and maintain a high standard of customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with staff and contribute to a positive school culture.
  • Stay up to date with school policies and ensure all procedures are followed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Previous experience in administration or reception, preferably in a school setting.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of confidentiality.

Preferred

  • Experience in a school environment or with educational administration.
  • Familiarity with safeguarding and data protection policies.
  • Knowledge of educational events and programmes.
  • Experience with school management systems or similar software.
