Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across all key stages, including GCSE, A-level, and Cambridge Technical Level 3.
  • Inspire and engage students with a passion for Business and Economics, fostering creativity and critical thinking.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of the curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of all learners.
  • Support students in developing leadership, enterprise, and independent thinking skills.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Participate in pastoral and co-curricular activities, contributing to the overall school community.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with experience in teaching Business and Economics at GCSE, A-level, and Cambridge Technical Level 3.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to student success and a passion for teaching.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.

Preferred

  • Experience teaching Maths as a secondary subject.
  • Early career teachers or more experienced colleagues with a clear vision of excellent teaching.
  • Experience with vocational pathways and curriculum development.
  • Familiarity with contemporary issues in Business and Economics.
