Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality administrative and welfare support to pupils, staff, and stakeholders.
- Manage sensitive and confidential matters with care and professionalism.
- Coordinate and support the delivery of welfare-related initiatives and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using relevant software and databases.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the school to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of events and activities that support student well-being.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Support the school’s leadership and welfare programmes through proactive engagement and communication.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade 9-4/A*-C.
- Experience of working in an administrative setting.
- Proficient in using MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and databases.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
Preferred
- Experience in a school or educational environment.
- Experience with welfare or pastoral support roles.
- Knowledge of leadership and character development programmes.
- Experience with using MS Explorer or other relevant software.
