As a Business Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping the academic and personal development of international students. You will teach across a range of programmes, including GCSE, A-level, and the International Baccalaureate, while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative faculty. Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Business at A-level and IBDP-level, ensuring high-quality, engaging lessons.
  • Deliver responsive teaching strategies that incorporate literacy and high-quality feedback.
  • Participate in super-curricular activities, including Electives and Olympiads.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the school and benefit from cross-school initiatives.
  • Support students in developing their academic and personal skills through a holistic boarding experience.
  • Engage in professional development opportunities, including NPQ qualifications.
  • Contribute to the school’s mission of fostering global citizenship and respect for diversity.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A degree in a Business-related discipline.
  • Experience teaching Business at A-level or IBDP-level.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver reflective and effective classroom practice.
  • Commitment to student welfare and holistic development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with international students and diverse learning environments.
  • Knowledge of current global economic issues.
  • Ability to teach across different programmes of study.
  • Experience with super-curricular activities and Electives.
