The Opportunity:

As a Casual Exam Invigilator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and secure administration of internal and external exams. This position offers a flexible, seasonal opportunity to contribute to the academic success of students while receiving full training and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Exam Manager in the coordination and administration of internal and external examinations.
• Ensure all exams are conducted in line with awarding body rules and regulations.
• Maintain a secure and consistent environment during exam sessions.
• Assist with the setup, supervision, and breakdown of exam venues.
• Monitor and report any incidents or concerns during exams.
• Provide accurate and timely feedback to the Exam Manager.
• Maintain detailed records of exam-related activities.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth exam operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of responsibility.
• Ability to follow procedures and instructions accurately.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a commitment to the role.
• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.

Preferred

• Previous experience in an exam-related or administrative role.
• Experience working in an educational setting.
• Familiarity with exam administration procedures.
• Flexibility to work during exam periods and outside of normal school hours.
