Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of all internal and external examinations
  • Train and support staff on exam procedures and data management
  • Manage the school’s website and social media channels
  • Develop engaging newsletters and marketing materials for key events
  • Maintain a consistent brand identity across all communications and materials
  • Ensure compliance with examination regulations and safeguarding policies
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the school’s online presence
  • Monitor and report on examination performance and outcomes

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in exam administration or a similar role
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
