Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and service of meals in two dining centres and the Pitstop Cafe.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in all food service areas.
  • Support the catering team in ensuring the smooth operation of food service throughout the day.
  • Interact with students and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Follow health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with food hygiene standards.
  • Help with the organisation and storage of food supplies and equipment.
  • Assist in the maintenance of catering equipment and facilities.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the school’s catering service.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Experience in a catering or hospitality environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and busy environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in a school or educational setting.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Experience with customer service in a catering role.
  • Basic food preparation skills.
