The Opportunity:

As a Cleaning Assistant & Key Holder, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment across the school. You will also be responsible for managing the Sports Centre, including opening and closing facilities when needed, and supporting event setups. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of a dynamic educational institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient and timely cleaning services across all areas of the school
• Support the Sports Centre with lettings and activity setups
• Assist with internal and external event setups
• Act as Key Holder, overseeing the running of the Sports Centre
• Open and close the Sports Centre when covering for the Sports Centre Duty Manager
• Ensure all facilities are maintained to a high standard
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and visitors

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Experience in cleaning or facilities management
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Flexibility to work outside of standard hours when required

Preferred

• Previous experience in a school or educational setting
• Experience with key holding or security responsibilities
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Experience with event setup or management
