The Opportunity:
As an Events and Marketing Administrator, you will support the delivery of school events, trips, and marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and passionate about promoting a school’s vision and engaging with the wider community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of school events, including Open Evenings, Open Mornings, and business and careers initiatives.
- Ensure smooth coordination of school trips, enrichment activities, and extra-curricular programmes.
- Manage media, communications, and marketing tasks, including the use of social media to create positive engagement.
- Maintain and update marketing materials and digital content to reflect the school’s brand and messaging.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to deliver high-profile events and initiatives.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all events and activities meet the school’s standards.
- Monitor and report on the success of marketing campaigns and events.
- Assist in the development of promotional strategies to enhance the school’s profile and attract new audiences.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Experience using social media platforms for marketing and engagement.
- Proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in event planning and coordination.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Previous experience in education or marketing.
