The Opportunity:

As an Events and Marketing Administrator, you will support the delivery of school events, trips, and marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and passionate about promoting a school’s vision and engaging with the wider community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of school events, including Open Evenings, Open Mornings, and business and careers initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth coordination of school trips, enrichment activities, and extra-curricular programmes.
  • Manage media, communications, and marketing tasks, including the use of social media to create positive engagement.
  • Maintain and update marketing materials and digital content to reflect the school’s brand and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to deliver high-profile events and initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all events and activities meet the school’s standards.
  • Monitor and report on the success of marketing campaigns and events.
  • Assist in the development of promotional strategies to enhance the school’s profile and attract new audiences.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required
