Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging Chemistry lessons that inspire and challenge students.

- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the science curriculum and integrate technology in the classroom.
- Participate in co-curricular activities and contribute to the wider life of the school.
- Monitor and report on student performance, ensuring continuous improvement in academic outcomes.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes student wellbeing and achievement.
- Stay up to date with developments in the field of Chemistry and educational research.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in Chemistry.
- Proven experience in teaching Chemistry at the appropriate level.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Commitment to student wellbeing and inclusive education.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and across the school community.
Preferred
- Experience with EdTech tools and digital learning resources.
- Background in a co-educational or boarding school environment.
- Experience in developing and leading extracurricular science activities.
- Familiarity with the UK education system and curriculum requirements.
