The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils
  • Develop and implement effective learning plans using resources provided on Google Drive
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, including specialist subject teachers and learning support assistants
  • Support pupils' academic and personal development through positive behaviour management
  • Participate in team planning and professional development sessions
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress regularly, providing targeted feedback
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to data collection and analysis
  • Engage with parents and carers to support pupil learning and well-being

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant teaching experience
  • Commitment to inclusive education and student well-being
  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Experience with curriculum planning and delivery

Preferred

  • Experience in early years education
  • Experience with teaching English as a second language
  • Previous experience in an academy or multi-academy trust
  • Leadership or mentoring experience
  • Familiarity with ITT and ECT training programmes

  • Competitive salary range from £37,870 to £50,474 per annum (including Outer London Weighting)
