The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils
- Develop and implement effective learning plans using resources provided on Google Drive
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, including specialist subject teachers and learning support assistants
- Support pupils' academic and personal development through positive behaviour management
- Participate in team planning and professional development sessions
- Monitor and assess pupil progress regularly, providing targeted feedback
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to data collection and analysis
- Engage with parents and carers to support pupil learning and well-being
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant teaching experience
- Commitment to inclusive education and student well-being
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Experience with curriculum planning and delivery
Preferred
- Experience in early years education
- Experience with teaching English as a second language
- Previous experience in an academy or multi-academy trust
- Leadership or mentoring experience
- Familiarity with ITT and ECT training programmes
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range from £37,870 to £50,474 per annum (including Outer London Weighting)
