Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to KS2 students.
- Plan and implement engaging and effective lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.

- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and positive learning environment.
- Promote a culture of respect, equality, and community within the classroom.
- Support the school’s mission to ensure maximum progress for every pupil.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and behavior.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in primary education.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent outcomes for students.
- Strong knowledge of KS2 curriculum and assessment strategies.
- Commitment to the school’s core values: respect, equality, honesty, and community.
- Experience working with children in a school setting.
Preferred
- Experience with teaching in a large, all-through school.
- Familiarity with the Brampton Manor Trust and its educational approach.
- Experience with supporting students with diverse learning needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
