Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that promote academic excellence and student engagement.

• Support the development of students’ social, emotional, and academic skills.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to enhance student outcomes.
• Participate in continuous professional development and contribute to the school’s improvement journey.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted feedback and support.
• Maintain accurate records and report student progress to parents and senior staff.
• Encourage a love of learning and a growth mindset in all students.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant experience or ECT status.
• Strong English and numeracy skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• High expectations of behaviour and achievement for all students.
• Commitment to student success and a belief that all children can achieve well.
• Experience working in a Key Stage 2 setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills.
