The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that promote academic excellence and student engagement.

- Support the development of students’ social, emotional, and academic skills.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to enhance student outcomes.
- Participate in continuous professional development and contribute to the school’s improvement journey.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted feedback and support.
- Maintain accurate records and report student progress to parents and senior staff.
- Encourage a love of learning and a growth mindset in all students.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience or ECT status.
- Strong English and numeracy skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- High expectations of behaviour and achievement for all students.
- Commitment to student success and a belief that all children can achieve well.
- Experience working in a Key Stage 2 setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills.
Preferred
- Experience with continuous professional development (CPD) and a commitment to lifelong learning.
- Experience in a school with a strong focus on student engagement and academic outcomes.
