Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant maths education or experience
- Experience teaching maths across a range of ages and abilities
- Strong knowledge of maths curriculum requirements
- Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans
- Commitment to student progress and achievement
- Experience with assessment and feedback strategies
Preferred
- Experience working with students with SEND
- Experience in a school that prioritises wellbeing and professional development
- Leadership or mentoring experience
- Familiarity with maths education research and innovative teaching methods
