Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the school
• Follow scheduled cleaning routines and adapt to unplanned requirements
• Ensure all areas, including classrooms, common spaces, and restrooms, are kept tidy and hygienic
• Work collaboratively with other members of the Facilities team
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively and efficiently
• Report any maintenance issues or concerns promptly
• Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times
• Support the school’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Experience in cleaning or maintenance roles
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability and punctuality

Preferred

• Previous experience in a school or educational setting
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Flexibility to work during term time and on an ongoing basis
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
