Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Key Stage 3, GCSE, and A Level English with a focus on student achievement and engagement.
- Deliver high-quality, innovative lessons that reflect curricular developments and promote a love of learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support continuous professional development and reflective practice.
- Participate actively in co-curricular activities and enrichment opportunities.
- Provide pastoral support and guidance to students as part of a strong, supportive community.

- Contribute to the planning and delivery of the school’s academic and extra-curricular programme.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in line with school procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a strong academic background in English.
- Experience teaching Key Stage 3, GCSE, and A Level English.
- Commitment to collaborative, reflective teaching practice.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve high standards.
Preferred
- Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
- Early Careers Teachers with strong potential and a passion for education.
- Experience in a school setting with a strong co-curricular programme.
- Familiarity with IT innovation and digital teaching tools.
