As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across the school. You will be responsible for a range of cleaning tasks, ensuring that all areas are kept to a high standard. Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, wash, sweep, scrub, sanitise, and polish designated areas as required.
• Vacuum, shampoo, and dust all assigned spaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
• Ensure all areas are kept in a hygienic and presentable condition at all times.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and report any issues immediately.
• Work collaboratively with the Cleaning Supervisor and other team members to meet cleaning targets.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for students, staff, and visitors.
• Adhere to the school’s policies and procedures at all times.
• Complete cleaning logs and reports as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Previous experience in cleaning or a similar role.
• Good attention to detail and a high standard of work.
• A conscientious and self-motivated attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Flexibility to work across different areas of the school as required.

Preferred

• Experience in a school or educational setting.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in a cleaning environment.
• Ability to work outside of normal office hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
