Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with a range of needs, both in and out of the classroom.
• Work closely with students who require emotional support and nurturing relationships.
• Deliver agreed work under the direction of the SENCO.
• Contribute to ongoing planning with creative and dynamic ideas.
• Promote independence through the use of electronic devices.
• Encourage student engagement and confidence in learning.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Support the school’s journey towards outstanding performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Commitment to supporting students and helping them achieve their potential.
• Experience working with students who have a range of needs and challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
• Understanding of inclusive education practices.

Preferred

• Experience in a school or educational setting.
